Shipping charges Rs 250 apply on Oder below Rs 6,000.

RETURN POLICY

  • If your product is defective / damaged or incorrect / incomplete at the time of delivery, please contact us within the applicable return window. Your product may be eligible for refund or replacement depending on the product category  and  condition
  • Please note that some products are not eligible for a return if the product is "No longer needed".
  • The product can only be returned within three Days.

  • If you request to change your shoes size. RS 250-350 extra charges will be applied.
  • Products on sale cannot be returned (Only size can be changed, if notified within 3 days of delivery)
  • After 3 days of delivery the product is no longer entitled for exchange or Refund.


REFUND OF PAYMENT

  • PAYMENT WILL BE REFUNDED ONCE THE PRODUCT IS RECEIVED & REVIEWED.
  • LEOPARD DELIVERY CHARGES WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE TOTAL REFUND AMOUNT.
  • REFUND PAYMENT WILL BE MADE THROUGH BANK TRANSFER. 


HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT

  • Fill in the returns form you received with your order
  • we will call you to get detailed information on your product.

  • Pack your  parcel securely, with the product in the original undamaged manufacturer's  packaging as delivered to you

  • Attach the return label that you received with your order to the top of the parcel .
  • Head to your Nearest Leopard Office.
  • If you change your shoes size Rs 250-350 extra charges will pay with courier service leopard.

REFUND POLICY

  • If your product is eligible for a refund, you can choose your preferred refund method.
  • The time required to complete a refund depends on the refund method you have selected. The expected processing time mentioned below is after we have received your product (2-3 working days) and it has undergone a quality control (1-2 working days).
