If your product is defective / damaged or incorrect /
incomplete at the time of delivery, please contact us within the applicable
return window. Your product may be eligible for refund or replacement depending
on the product category and condition
Please note that some products are not eligible for a return
if the product is "No longer needed".

If you request to change your shoes size. RS 350 extra charges will be applied.
Products on sale cannot be returned (Only size can be changed, if notified within 3 days of delivery)
After 3 days of delivery the product is no longer entitled for exchange or Refund.
Products on 'SALE OFFER' are not entitled for a Return or Refund.
REFUND OF PAYMENT
PAYMENT WILL BE REFUNDED ONCE THE PRODUCT IS RECEIVED & REVIEWED.
LEOPARD DELIVERY CHARGES WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE TOTAL REFUND AMOUNT.
REFUND PAYMENT WILL BE MADE THROUGH BANK TRANSFER.

with your order

Pack your parcel
securely, with the product in the original undamaged manufacturer's packaging as delivered to you
Attach the return label that you
received with your order to the top of the parcel .
If you change your shoes size 350 extra charges will pay with courier service leopard.
